AGENCY SERVICES
- organisation of ship’s berthing, shifting and de-birthing;
- registration of ship’s arrival and departure in the state bodies of Novorossiysk port;
- informing the client and other concerned parties on ship’s location and handling outlook;
- advising the master and shipowner of “Obligatory regulations of the Novorossiysk Harbour Master”;
- submission of applications to a pilot service;
- organisation of ship’s bunkering, repairing, supply, crew-exchange, applications for servicing to
other sub-suppliers;
- control over the loading operations on the vessel;
- medical aid to the crew, issuance of sanctions for a vessel and granting of other services for
a vessel in the port;
- preparation and signing of the lay time certificate (Statement of Facts);
- realization of communication with forwarding agents,
consignees and/or shippers, reception of information about
their readiness to receive the vessel, presence of full export set of cargo, delivery of export orders and/or import releases, features of registration of
cargo and accompanying documents, informing about birthing outlook;
Ship agent operates according to local customs and conditions.
Conducting the business we are guided by:
- the legislative acts of the Russian Federation;
- Merchant Marine Code of the Russian Federation;
- Obligatory regulations of Maritime Administration of the Novorossiysk port and other state bodies;
- regulations of the Customs code of the Russian Federation;
- operative requirements of Sanitary & Epidemiological Station-SES, Maritime administration;
- instructions of the principals, terms of Charter-parties regarding particular;
- valid tariffs for port dues for vessels;
- the basic requirements of loading technology;
- knowledge in the field of foreign trade regarding international sale and purchase of the goods, financing of export, export-import transportations of
cargoes, contracts of cargoes sea carriage, types and purpose accompanying documentation forming packages of documents, enclosed with cargo.
