Nov-Trans-Group renders the following range of services:
- Organizes transportation and/or forwarding services of cargoes within the terms coordinated with the client.
- Operates on behalf of the client in relation with third parties (railways, other carriers, forwarding organizations, customs, boundary and other bodies, etc.).
- Contributes duly arrival of wagons at the port and takes all possible measures to minimize above-norm idle time of wagons;
- Coordinates with competent bodies and organizations inclusion of cargoes into the basic, and if necessary into additional plan.
- Effects control over submission of empty wagons for loading in required quantity and in agreed terms according to shipper's application GU-12;
- Assists in organization of wagons submission from stations of the North-Caucasian Railway to the OJSC "NCSP" or to station Novorossiysk (OJSC "NKHP") for discharging in required amount and sequence;;
- Under the written application of the Client and at his expense makes readdressing of cargoes from station Novorossiysk to station of destination declared by the Client. Coordinates readdressing with competent bodies;
- On behalf of the Client pays OJSC "Russian Railways" transportation fees from the company's accounts;
- Carries out dispatch of empty own/rented wagons from station Novorossiysk to station of destination.
